What if I need to move my spa mat?

You must drain the water injected into the mat using the hose provided, and then re-inject the water after moving. If you call the customer center, a technician will visit you directly and install it. (Installation fee will be incurred)

When should the water infused into the spa mat be changed?

A preservative is added to prevent the water from spoiling. It is safe to use without changing for about 2 years.

How do you drain it?

There is a drain hole at the bottom of the mat for drainage. When connected to a hose, it naturally drains.

What should I do if the mat wobbles?

If the amount of water injected into the mat is large, it may feel wobbly. Just drain the injected water in an appropriate amount. The recommended amount of water is when the water inlet is opened and the water level is 2 cm from the face of the mat.

Is there any radioactivity such as radon detected on the mat?

TOLOESE is safe from radiation because it uses only materials that humans have used safely for 2000 years. In addition, radiation detection tests are completed before sale, so you can use it with confidence.

Doesn't the Toloese effect decrease even if you use a blanket on the mat after installation?

Thick duvets are likely to reduce the effect. It is recommended to lay a thin blanket or use it as it is.

Can children run on the mat?

It is safe as long as it is not subjected to an unusually large impact. However, since it is a semi-permanent product, if you want to use it for a long time, it is recommended to avoid impact as much as possible, and be careful not to tear it with a sharp object such as a knife or an awl.


How long is the waranty period?

Free Warranty is for 1 year after purchase. After that, A/S cost (actual cost) will be incurred. However, for defects in the product caused by the customer's responsibility, A/S costs are incurred regardless of the period.

When will the mat be delivered and installed?

On average, mats are shipped the next day after ordering, and delivery is completed two days later (not available on Saturdays and Sundays), and installation takes 5-7 business days.
